My oldest son, Ethan is seven, and he LOVES legos. He lives, breathes and if they were editable, he probably would eat the them too. He LOVES the ability to create things and then take them apart and then create something else. So, when I was asked to review the ZipBin Lego Racers  Toolbox and Playmat, I was quite excited.

When I opened the box, and took it out, it unfolded quite nicely, and I was surprised at how nice and sturdy the vinyl was.

It has a play mat that is quite colorful and the one side zips up, so that you can make a ramp to race your cars down.

The vinyl insert that is used to make the ramp has velcro on one side, but it has to different sides to the piece itself. So, you can race down the ramp, or flip it over and race down the other side; which I thought was quite ingenious.

It has zippers on each end of the mat, that allow you to zip up the sides and voila’, it is now a toolbox. It has a very sturdy strap at the top which is perfect for carrying, just like a real toolbox. When fully zipped up, it measures aroundone foot, which is the perfect size.

It is not bulky, but very lightweight and easy to carry. As a mom, this is a great addition to my son’s lego collection. He will love the ability to take his precious lego creations anywhere with him anywhere.
