One thing I had intended to start in January was a list of goals that I wanted to accomplish each week and month. Due to the unexpected news that I was going on bed rest, this kind of got pushed to the side as I learned to deal with how to still do daily routines from a laying down or reclining position. Honestly, I have gone through a state of relearning how to do things and it took so much energy and patience that not much else got done. I know think I have learned how to do things from this awkward position that I am ready to tackle a few goals. These goals may be very different from yours but I would love to hear what your goals and plans are for each week.
