Invitation to Play: Playfoam Monsters

My kids love their Playfoam so I decided to add some materials together to create monsters.  Playfoam is wonderful because it never dries out and is much cleaner than play dough.

I added curly ribbon, easter basket filler, eyes, feathers, and buttons.  (The Easter Basket filler actually doesn’t work really well and the feathers are hard to remove from the Playfoam.)

Their creative minds immediately started going.

Of course, Gabriel had to make monster noises.

This invitation to play lasted for a good 45 minutes and allowed me time to clean and make dinner before daddy came home from work.
