As of late, sleep is a rare thing around my house.  With our preemie daughter, I spent months only getting about 4 hours of sleep a night.  With that rare sleep, I was desperate for it to be good.  My husband will tell you that I have gone through literally ten to twenty pillows, looking for one I really loved.  One that I didn’t wake up with a crick in the neck or a migraine.  I’m high maintenance when it comes to pillow.  I finally have one that I love and wouldn’t trade for anything.

Sleep Number® AirFit™ Adjustable Pillow with CoolFit™ Foam has crowning place on my bed.  This is the only pillow that I can adjust for my needs.  There is an air valve in the pillow that will allow it to be as firm or as soft as I like it.  For the first time in months, I haven’t woken up with my neck hurting and my head pounding.  I never really related it to my pillow before until I tried the AirFit™ Adjustable Pillow.

You can close the valve once you have found the firmness you prefer or you can leave the valve open to adjust during the night and every day.  I leave the valve open because I find that it adjusts to just what I need the best that way.  I also love the CoolFit Foam because the pillow stays cooler which is perfect for me beacause I get quite hot at night.

I always thought that Sleep Number was only good for mattresses but now that I know they also make pillows I don’t think I will be ever purchasing from another brand.  The pillow retails for $189.99 which can seem steep for a pillow but when I calculated how much I had spent on pillows trying to find one that worked for me the dollar amount was astounding.  I would have been better off starting off with the Sleep Number pillow.
